How renewal works
Every membership is locked in for its full term — 12 months, or five years — and auto-renews at the then-current rate until you cancel. We show your renewal date before you pay.
Refunds & cancelling
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if no transport benefit was used. After that, the committed term runs to its end and the membership simply does not renew.
