Need a transport?
All transport is coordinated through the 24/7 dispatch line — one call sets the network in motion.
1. Call 911 first.
In a life-threatening emergency, always call 911 or your local emergency number before anything else. GME ACTION is not an emergency responder and this page is not monitored.
2. Then call dispatch.
Once emergency care is underway, call the 24/7 dispatch line with your membership ID. The attending physician and the GME ACTION Medical Director confirm medical necessity, and Global Medevac coordinates the rest.
Call 1-833-GET-MVACCoordinated dispatch is mandatory — always call rather than arranging transport yourself, so coverage stays intact.
Have this ready when you call.
- Your GME ACTION membership ID
- Your location and the facility you're at (if any)
- A callback number that stays answered
- The attending physician's name, if known
