Pick Individual or Family and enroll online in minutes — add your spouse, kids, or dependents as you go. Your membership details, digital card and the dispatch number arrive by email with your confirmation.

Something goes wrong far from care? One call to 1-833-GET-MVAC — that's it. Global Medevac's 24/7 network coordinates the aircraft, the ground miles, the receiving facility, and the ride home.

Step 01
You call the 24/7 dispatch line — or a bystander does, collect.
Step 02
Medical confirmation — the attending physician and the GME ACTION Medical Director confirm transport is medically appropriate.
Step 03
Transport is arranged — fixed-wing air ambulance, helicopter, or ground ambulance to the nearest, best-suited medical facility.
Step 04
You're moved to appropriate care — including transfer to a higher level of care when the first facility can't treat you.
Step 05
We get you home — repatriation or return transport back near your residence to recover in familiar surroundings.
Step 06

What happens if I need transport?
Call 911 first in a life-threatening emergency, then call dispatch. GME ACTION is secondary to your health insurance or Medicare — once emergency care is underway, the membership handles the transport logistics and covered transport costs that insurance typically leaves behind, per your membership agreement. Coordinated dispatch is mandatory: always call the dispatch line rather than arranging transport yourself, so coverage stays intact.
