GME ACTION exists to close that gap: transport coverage built around the sports, not around the loopholes.
Benefit descriptions are summaries. Eligibility, exclusions, and transport authorization are governed by the membership agreement.

Everything included
Most people only picture the helicopter. The expensive part is usually everything after it — getting to the right facility, getting home, and getting your family, your vehicle and your dog home too.
Fixed-wing air ambulance or commercial air transport to the nearest, best facility able to provide specialized treatment you can't get where you are, when that facility is more than 100 air miles away.
You're stabilized at a rural hospital that can't handle the injury. GME ACTION arranges the flight to one that can.
Helicopter transport from the scene to the nearest appropriate facility, available anywhere in the United States, at GME ACTION's discretion except in a medical emergency.
A remote crash site with no fast road access. The helicopter bill is one of the largest in emergency medicine.
Ground ambulance from your residence or the scene to the nearest appropriate facility, and between facilities when the first can't meet your needs. Available anywhere in the United States.
If you're hospitalized more than 100 air miles from home and your physician and the GME ACTION Medical Director agree a transfer is appropriate, air transport back to a facility near home to recover.
Recovering near your family instead of alone in an unfamiliar city.
When medically appropriate, a paramedic accompanies you on a first-class commercial flight home, with your airfare — and your spouse's, where applicable — purchased by GME ACTION.
Coach-fare commercial travel back to your point of origin or the airport nearest your residence after an emergency transport or inpatient stay, within the basic coverage area.
If you're hospitalized more than five consecutive days, round-trip coach airfare for one family member or friend, plus up to $500 toward their lodging, food and transportation with receipts.
Your spouse, a family member or a companion can accompany you in flight where space and medical safety allow, or travel by coach fare to the destination if they can't.
Your car, van, motorcycle, trailer or motorhome — with a vehicle in tow — returned to your residence in the U.S. or Canada by a bonded driver, one vehicle per incident.
The truck and trailer don't get stranded at the track when you fly home.
Your dog, cat or smaller animal returned home, up to two pets per incident and two pet returns per membership year, subject to airline rules and pilot consent.
One-way coach airfare home for your spouse, and for minor grandchildren or great-grandchildren left unattended, with a qualified attendant when needed.
Up to $1,000 toward your hotel, meals and public transportation after an emergency air transport, and up to $500 for a visitor or escort, with receipts.
Up to $20,000 of out-of-pocket transport expenses outside the basic coverage area, plus international ambulance and helicopter reimbursement up to $1,500 per year, with advance written notice and confirmation.
Air transport of an organ for your transplant procedure, and transport for you and one family member to the facility, anywhere in the United States. A one-year waiting period applies.
Worldwide medical and legal referrals, lost luggage help, translation, emergency travel arrangements, replacement travel documents, message relay and treatment monitoring, provided as a courtesy.
